Also honey: Scientists say that many of the health benefits of honey are due to its contain of antioxidants, such as secondary plant materials, flavonoids, and ascorbic acid, which are all available in natural honey.
The use of unsaturated oils such as olive oil is necessary to protect humans from disease and contain anti-oxidants.

(J) Oysters: It is of great importance because it is one of the foods that strengthens the immune system, because it contains large amounts of iron, zinc and antioxidants, which constitute a buffer that reduces the chance of infection and the spread of viruses in the body.

(3) Exposure to the sun for a period of 10 to 15 minutes to strengthen vitamin D in the body.
